Rooms for Hire

We have two rooms which are available for hire to groups and organisations, who offer training, support and advice for all those connected to families with children under 5.

Provisions

We are able to provide an interactive white board and projector in our main Activity Room, a flip chart, tables and chairs. The room can be set up as you require e.g. theatre, boardroom or cabaret style or informal easy chairs. Within our smaller Training Room we are able to provide a flip chart, white board, table and chairs.

Refreshments including filter coffee, tea, herbal teas, water and a selection of biscuits are available on request. A donation tin is available for contributions towards these.

We can also supply a working lunch, sandwiches or a buffet, if ordered in advance. We have plenty of parking in surrounding streets.

Costs

If you are providing a free service to families with children under 5 there will be no charge for the use of our centre, however if you intend to charge them to attend your session there will be an hourly fee to use the facilities.
