Childminders

Welcome Childminder’s

At our Sure Start Centre we have weekly activities showing a link to the EYFS framework that you can bring your children along to.  Linking these sessions to your diaries, whilst  focusing on each child individually, is an enjoyable way of being able to show what impact you have had on each child. Passing diaries over to parents and getting feedback and details of things that have happened away from your setting also improves your working relationship.

Our childminder’s only Play & Learn session called Bunnies, is every Wednesday from 9.30 – 11.30.  Each session will offer a wide range of activities which include: Sand, Water, Painting, Craft, Role-play Stories, and Music. We will provide a range of fruit, rice cakes, milk, and water for the children but we ask that you refrain from bring in your own food to the sessions because of children with severe allergies.

We have a camera you can use to take pictures of the children that are in your care.

We would love to hear your feedback or session suggestions. Please feel free to do so by using the contact us button on the left.

We have a child minders guide that is printable/download:
